How we check prices
A drop only counts if it's real.
Lots of deal posts compare against a price nobody paid. Here is what we do instead.
We find the price
A person looks at the price on the retailer's own page.
We record both prices
We write the price we saw and the previous price supplied with that check. The card shows that previous price. We do not keep a price history.
We note the time
Every real price shows "Price checked" with the time in Europe/London. Example deals say "Example price" instead.
Prices change
The price on the retailer page can change after the check. The time on the deal is the time of that check.
What we won't do
- No made-up "was" prices. If we cannot show the previous price from the check, we do not pretend there was one.
- No countdowns, and no "only a few left".
- Ended deals are marked, not deleted.
- No price chart of our own, and no alerts.
- Affiliate links are marked #ad.

The sale contract is with the retailer. Price Tumble is not the seller.
Price Tumble may earn a commission if you buy through a link. Naming a programme here does not mean that programme has approved Price Tumble.
The site has no accounts, cookies, analytics, or email capture. A product search is not stored.
Cloudflare may process connection data as the host.
